Who I am

What I collect and why

If you send an enquiry, I collect your name, email, phone number, business type and message, plus details of the advert or link that brought you here. I use them to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to set up your engagement. The lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to a request you've made.

The salary vs dividend calculator runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent to me or stored.

Who I share it with

Enquiries are stored with Supabase (database, hosted in London) and delivered by email through Resend. The site is hosted by Vercel. Each processes data only on my instructions. I don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires, usually six years after the engagement ends.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how I use it, by emailing me. If you're unhappy with how I've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

Nothing non-essential is set unless you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you accept, Google Ads cookies are used to measure which adverts lead to enquiries. Your choice is saved in your browser so the banner doesn't keep appearing. You can change it any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of the home page.
